We offer a large selection of saddles & tack and are constantly adding new products. Due to the huge selection of products, we do not stock every item on the website. We do stock items that sell on a regular basis and in most cases we can ship orders in 5 business days or less.
Our goal is to ship 95% of the remaining orders in less than 15 business days. Of course there are exceptions. If the manufacturer is out of stock, we have to wait longer to receive products. If there is a delay, we will contact you by email to let you know when we expect to ship the product.

How fast can I get it?
We can ship by any UPS method; Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day and Next Day Air. Just remember-- the faster the shipping the more expensive it will be. Mention you are needing your order quickly and we will try to find a quick inexpensive way to get it to you. Contacting Affordable Equine--

That will help us to find your order quickly so we can answer your questions. RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 15 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.
Please note: We do not accept returns for custom made items, sale, clearance, closeout, special order items. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges. Returned item must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear, and be in the original, undamaged packaging. If an item is returned that is not resalable as new, or past the 15 day limit, it will be returned to you at your expense. For returns on items that are drop shipped from our vendors directly to our customers - please call us to for shipping instructions as some of the vendors will not accept returns without a return authorization number. If the item is returned in "new " condition, there is no restocking fee with the following exceptions:
Bits - 20% restocking fee.
Saddles - 15% restocking fee.
1. You must call us for authorization to return the saddle.
2. Saddles returned with horse hair or minor dirt will be cleaned and you will be charged a $60 cleaning fee.
3. We do not accept returns for custom saddles under any circumstances. Re-pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure to include all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and warranty information. If you still have the original shipping box your order came in, please ship the product in that box. Include a copy of your sales receipt, the reason for the return, and indicate whether you want an exchange, or refund. For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments. Address your package to:

Damaged Returns:
If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Do not return the merchandise. Notify us immediately at so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.
